Rob Riley, Owner
As the owner of Grooms Motors, Rob Riley has been part of the automotive world since he was just 14 years old. What started early quickly became a lifelong career built on hard work, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for the people behind every set of keys.
His philosophy is simple: do the right thing, every time. That means honest recommendations, clear communication, and repairs done with care and integrity. Whether you’re in for routine maintenance or a bigger repair, you can count on Grooms Motors to treat your vehicle (and your time) like it matters because it does.

Gina, Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of Grooms Motors, Gina Riley brings over 25 years of accounting experience to the business, providing a strong foundation of financial insight, organization, and long-term planning.
Her mission goes beyond the numbers. She is deeply committed to
education, empowering the team with knowledge, helping clients better understand their finances and services, and giving back to the community through learning-focused initiatives. By sharing knowledge and fostering transparency, she helps build confidence, trust, and smarter decision-making at every level.

Andrew, Service Manager and Master Technician
As Service Manager at Grooms Motors, Andrew is passionate about taking care of clients and making sure they fully understand their vehicle’s needs. As a Master Technician, he brings a high level of technical expertise to every conversation, helping translate complex repairs into clear, honest explanations.
He strongly believes in team collaboration, working closely with technicians and staff to ensure every vehicle is serviced accurately and efficiently. His goal is to create a smooth, transparent experience where clients feel informed, confident, and cared for from start to finish.

Jenna, Administrative Assistant
Jenna serves as an Administrative Assistant at Grooms, where she plays a key role as our Safety Coordinator while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. She has a keen eye for detail and an adaptive personality, allowing her to navigate changing priorities with ease while supporting both the team and our clients.
Bimmer, Technician
Beamer brings an exceptional level of expertise to our team, holding more than 20 professional certifications including Ford/Lincoln, ASE, and Snap-On. As a brilliant Technician, he combines technical skill with a genuine passion for solving complex automotive challenges. Beamer is known for his calm, humble demeanor and his willingness to jump in whenever help is needed. A true team player, he is always ready to support both his coworkers and our customers to ensure every vehicle receives the highest level of care. His specialty is European vehicles.
Nick, Technician
Nick brings over eight years of automotive experience to our team and holds multiple ASE certifications, including Stellantis Phase 3 Certification. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of vehicles, from everyday drivers to high-end luxury brands such as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, Porsche, and MG, as well as diesel platforms. Nick’s diverse experience and dedication to continuing education allow him to confidently diagnose and repair even the most complex vehicles. Nick is always willing to step in and support the team whenever needed.
